It's an old and obvious pattern. An unpopular president - failing on the economy and losing his grip on power at home - decides to launch a war for regime change abroad.

My mother died from Alzheimer’s and suffered with dementia for years. We took her to the neurologist every three months so her doctors could monitor the progression of the disease. The cognitive test was standard procedure for each exam.
Erroneously thinking you've taken intelligence tests, when the tests were administered because doctors are (repeatedly) concerned you have dementia and may pose a danger to yourself and others, is probably yet another sign that you actually do have dementia.
