But in all seriousness, we do need better funding and encouragement for students to enter the trades. Some of the most successful people I graduated high school with ended up in the trades.

Putting “America first” certainly doesn’t mean destroying their jobs, destroying the programs they rely on, and dismantling the infrastructure and foundation of the country that they have built. This is shameful.

When it becomes unprofitable for insurers to provide Medicare plans, you know the system is broken. Healthcare is a human right. Affordable healthcare should be basic for all Americans. The GOP is ensuring Americans go into debt - or not get the care they need - while Trump paints everything gold.

I created my campaign X account in August this year. My personal account was created in 2008.

My entire campaign account feed is all MAGA. Makes it easy for me to see what the other side is being fed, but clearly this algorithm is only feeding one beast and that is Trump.

Week 2 of the GOP government shutdown because the MAGA republicans don’t believe Americans deserve affordable healthcare.

Here’s what’s happening with food assistance programs like SNAP & WIC: they are safe through the end of the month but that’s assuming we get through the shutdown before then.

Spoke to LEX18 on Day 1 of the shutdown. I’m incredibly thankful to all the TSA agents at LEX for showing up even though your pay is delayed & we don’t know when paychecks will come.

Essential workers aren’t chips to be gambled with but the backbone of this country.
