A rather splendid ornate (flowery) screen across the tower and porch of St Mary, Bruton, Somerset. Dated 1620 and possibly given by John Sampson, churchwarden. Pevsner wonders if the screen was originally made for installation elsewhere.

St Margaret of Antioch spearing the dragon at South Newington. Margaret refused to renounce christianity and one of the delights awaiting her was to be consumed by Satan disguised as a dragon. Her cross scratched his insides and she was regurgitated. Sadly, she was decapitated later.

The impressive vaulted ceiling of the Crypt below Glasgow Cathedral. The crypt was built in the mid-1200s to house the tomb of St Mungo, the founder of the cathedral and the city's patron saint.
