Rated NC-19 for graphic bizarre gore and violence, unsimulated perverse sexuality, menacing political oppression, graphic drug content, incessant crude language, excessive wardrobe changes to nausating degrees, AND CHEMICAL AND SURGICAL MUTILATION.

Now watching The Blancheville Monster, 1963.

Underrated traditional gorgeous gothic
Smart move on the 80s sequels. The remake and the sequel are worth it. Also, if you like his Bitter Hopelessness you might like Sweet Whip, but that's extremely depressing
It's comedic in some places as well, more grotesque. Budget much bigger and a great performance from Aya Sugimoto, much more centered around her character. Maybe a tad too long, but I enjoyed it especially as a modern pink.

I think less enemas :)

Femme Fatale (2002) Written and Directed by Brian De Palma starring Rebecca Romijn, Antonio Banderas and Peter Coyote.
You want to subtitle from English to Japanese or from one of the 16 languages you know? 😜
I do miss those old days, buying a VHS tape or different regional DVD of an obscure film.
Something romantic about the unknown.
Yes! I have an old DVD of this film. Did you enjoy? It's one of my favorites.

R.I.P. Samantha Eggar. You could do worse than to watch THE UNCANNY, in which she shares the screen with Donald Pleasance. It’s a movie which very much delivers on its poster.
Now watching: THE UNCANNY (1977)

Kicking off Spooky Season with some Cat CanCon #filmsky
Nooooo! I remember it would take a decade for a film from the eastern hemisphere to reach the west, and vice versa if it was a niche release.

I'm sorry 😔
Should I find something more obscure for you? 😂
For all my UK mutuals, I'm so happy for you 😒

If Carroll Baker is a free spirit with a penchant for addiction and partying, Eva Czemerys is regulated to suburban, wasting away (physically, mentally) in middle class hell. I've never seen such a gorgeous face express pain so easily.
