SHE’S FINISHED! My 5-foot-long Enterprise D oil painting is complete after nearly 100 hours of work!

I remember being 13 years old or so and trying to draw her and it was so hard, and all I wanted was to be able to do something like this. Truly a dream come true. 🥰🖖

There have been a lot of Riddlers since his introduction in 1948, some of which we're sharing here, but don't be limited by our choices. Or indeed to only one Ed for #riddlerweek. It could be an opportunity to have different versions cross paths or just spice up your prompts by mixing and matching.

Cassini captured crescent Enceladus, Saturn's highly reflective moon. Beneath its icy crust lies a global ocean, from which geysers erupt water vapor and ice grains.

JWST imaged Cassiopeia A, a 20-light-year wide supernova remnant. Light from this massive star's explosion, 11,000 light-years distant, reached Earth ~350 years ago. Its hot filaments enrich interstellar space for new stars.

NGC 1275 in the Perseus Cluster, an active galaxy, displays gas filaments up to 20,000 light-years long. Pushed out by its supermassive black hole, these structures defy collisions, held together by magnetic fields.

Gotham showed us iconic locations; GCPD's bullpen, the pier, the Narrows, Arkham Asylum, and the Riddle Factory. Cory Michael Smith's Riddler evolved through these places with a unique twist on the character as an alter ego Ed had to reconcile with. Each stage is worthy of exploring for #riddlerweek

🟠it fits with how the villains are the functional protagonists, Batman is like a fundamental truth of reality, an inevitability like fate or luck or god that they must inevitably crash against
Five-year-old me: Oooh, that Batman cartoon! What adventures will he go on today?

*the villain is left in tears, unable to process their fears and obsessions. And Batman, a looming presence born of the inability to rationalize terror, is the only one there to comfort them*

Me: Oh. Huh.

This is INCREDIBLE. Bats reaching speeds of 160 kilometers (99.42 miles) per hour in level flight. That is faster than a peregrine falcon (again, in level flight.)
With speeds of 100 miles per hour, it leaves birds like swifts and albatrosses eating its dust. | Discover Wildlife
did you know the fastest flying animal in the world isn't a bird
