In homage to Stephen King's Bango Skank--and inspired by the WWII era meme "Kilroy was here"--I am including a recurring, graffiti-writing, perpetually unseen character in this WIP, and possibly in more, future stories, as subtle connective tissue tying what I call the "Delilah-verse" together.
