Easy Mac n Cheese. 3 reasons
1) this is a meat meal and cheese is dairy
2) cheese is nasty (unless it's on pizza, I contain multitudes)
3) I have never seen Mac n Cheese at any thanksgiving meal ever and it's loss wouldn't even be noticed

This is also why it's good to call and cancel your appt if you learn you can't make it (besides avoiding the cancellation fees)
A small protip from a nearly professional patient to help you survive this hellscape: if you have to make a dr appt super far into the future and have any wiggle room in your day-to-day, most clinics will have a cancellation list of people they will call if someone cancels their appointment
