That’s what we thought! Should be obvious, right? But then why are they everywhere? In the article we do touch on our recommendation to forego newsletter pop-ups in favour of a slightly more subtle approach has often been met with the question “do you have any data to back that up?” 🤷

Thanks, and really interesting. Part of our challenge usually involves balancing ethical concerns against client productivity or commercials, but reassuring to know the industry side are so aware of relevant issues - in stark contrast to adoption of tracking technologies (historically at least)

Interested to know what the top anecdotal #AI concerns you hear are? We get asked a lot about whether AI can do this or that, but no one seems worried about it replacing anything other than procedural roles. Doesn't mean senior decision makers won't jump the gun and try to replace staff, however!
