It's a shame Bluesky doesn't offer private accounts like the old rwitter did. Especially one where you can decide who sees your stuff. Until then, I've decided to limit what I say on here. The Internet is not safe, but a degree of privacy might allow a better user experience for me rn
Glad to be working from home today. Going into the office seems to take a lot out of me so it's a welcome way to manage with wfh days

Finished my after work cuppa of redbush tea. Stopped at M&s omw home and picked up a packet of chocolate covered bourbons and had one with cuppa.
Still a bit cold from my journey home so have set myself a bath. Will have a read in the bath.

Deeply saddened to see the wildeebeest migration route disturbed by the Marriott Hotel camp in Masai Mara. Workers were scaring away these confused beasts who'd just crossed crocodile infested waters migrating to Tanzania.

I really despise how much power and influence money has, especially lately

Had psychiatrist appointment yesterday. Lasted six minutes and we mainly talked about my sleep as reduced meds dose working out ok so far but sleep variable. She asked me if key worker had been in touch and I told her no.

Didn't get to finish my painting this weekend but will get the chance to work on it in my friends art group.

Sad the weekend is coming to a close. Had a fairly quiet and low key one. I did get to finish my doodles drawing as I relaxed on the sofa watching The Beast in Me.

Going to get into my pj's again and work some more on the painting I started yesterday. Some ideas came to me while out on my walk today. Wanna see if I can work them in

It rained heavily for most of the day yesterday so today's 🌞 was welcome. Went for a long walk and took my book with me so I could read in the sun. Didn't bring gloves so didn't sit reading for long

Been renjoying having Kimchi with my scrambled eggs and potato waffles. Ran out today so went to my local health food shop only to find it was closed and the Asian supermarket was too far in the other direction. Mission Kimchi for the next week for me I guess

Spent the day indoors doing lots of creative endeavours: watercolor painting, listening to music and dancing
A large amount of time was spent editing my Cali vlogs too.

And now its midnight??? Time really flew today

The questionnaire will close on Monday 1st December at 5pm. I've had an incredible response so far ❤️🙏 Thank you so much. Roughly 50 people have questionnaires still open, and others may still want to share their experiences. I will post several more reminders over the next 10 days. Thank you.

Don't know what it was about swimming lesson this week, but I got the sense I was annoying the instructor. She kept giving me loads of instructions.

I don't often do well with verbals to do something physical - worse when I'm anxious. Pool and swimming still makes me anxious

Let my manager at work know where I was at and she responded by hearing me out and suggesting some adjustments. She even offered some reassurance.
I didn't know I needed to hear that and felt so relieved after we spoke.

Difficult events to deal with today so launched myself headlong into cleaning after yoga. Have finished my living space and moved onto the bedroom. Leaving the rest for another day and making a big batch of veg curry and rice.

My living space is chaos again after the cupboard clear out this eve. I'm off work tomorrow so I can continue sorting out the cupboard. I've given inside a good clean and it's now drying ready to be repacked tomorrow. Gonna call it a day now, eat something have a bath and watch a film.

Joined my friends art group online today. It took me a while to get myself organised as I was still cleaning space near my desk after clearing out my cupboard. It was so hard to settle down into something but found an old project to paint and made a start. Feel a little chill now
