It’s getting real. I just received my schedule for the winter semester. I’m really doing my masters. I have three subjects lined up this semester and I already requested time off for those days I have all day classes or exams. I’m looking forward to one day earn my degree. 🤞

It always makes me nervous when he sits on too of my LP player because he’s a chunky boi. Odin is only 10 months young but he already weighs 5.7 kgs. But how could I be mad at him? He’s stinkin’ cute!

After being on sick leave for nearly two years, I came back to the office today just for a few hours to attend a meeting and do 1:1s. I struggled how to dress myself and my stomach hurt so bad before I left my apartment. But everything went well today. Everyone was so positive, warm, and welcoming.

On Fridays, my bf makes steak frites for dinner and tomorrow I am particularly excited for this meal because today I made some chimichurri. It’s gonna sit in my fridge for 24 hours and then tomorrow I can enjoy it. 🎉

I used to buy Monocle every month but lately I’m more into their sister publication, Konfekt. They write such interesting articles and the photography is fabulous. I hope print publications don’t go bust. I’ll keep buying your stuff just please don’t stop printing the good stuff. 😭

This weekend my boyfriend and I are going to a fiber festival in Groningen and I am so excited because this is our first. I’m on the lookout for buttons for my cardigan and wool for my bf’s sweater. He wants to make one for himself. I’m super excited. 😍

I decided to use a different color on the edge of the hem of my Holly sweater and boy do I regret it. Not that I don’t like the color of the edge but I can’t see shit. I can’t do the Italian bind off without straining my eyes. Gonna pause for now & I’ll attempt to do this in broad daylight instead.

I survived the yarn hydra! I finished #knitting the motif and boy it was not fun to juggle six, yes six balls of yarn to knit my holly motif. But yay I survived. Now I can continue with the boring bits of the pattern.
