Hi hi! Yes, that is true. I’m diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, so the sentiment is an unfortunate truth I’m too aware of and also vouch for.
I struggled to help define “No Contact” to emphasize how extreme and ‘last resort’ it is, so I copied and pasted it. I’ll do better next time.
