I’m not a game dev or anything so I’m a little off topic, but all my ideas are developed with the intention to eventually be a game (plus I just got excited to give my input).
Also I hope I don’t sound too crazy with all the rambling. I just like to talk about art a little bit a lot.

Widening the scope of media i consume is the big thing that gets me excited about potential projects. When I start on a fictional setting, my favorite thing ever is to use other academic and artistic sources I’m familiar with to establish cool themes + logic patterns for any designs I come up with.
nothing's more enriching than reading a book, watching a movie on the side. it's like idk, my big worry with the gamersphere is that some seem to almost exclusively play games + that's an issue that's also rising in game dev. like folks who's frame of reference is only one of many many facets
