"it should be up to the customer's discretion to check whether their ticket is valid on a service" but there was no service! my train was cancelled! I had to take three OTHER trains! no one checked whether I was allowed on any train until they could charge me for it!
I'm not someone who usually chases customer services but train cancelled, getting to a destination 3+ hours late and being charged £37 after being told the wrong information by a member of staff at a train station? I am getting that money back.

I’m generally not someone who gets influenced by ads and stuff but I got myself a pair of the fluffy tights that look like normal tights (I don’t like opaque tights or being cold) and so far I like the way they look!
