I’ve been a Labour girlie for years but I can’t in good conscience support anything about them anymore.
The Green Party are the only party who care about the LGBTQIA+ community, want to protect the NHS and care about our environment.

However, in a redundancy situation performance can be a factor but only if it has already been raised and there is clear evidence of it.

If you are dismissed from your position due to performance that should be managed througha performance management process not redundancy or you could claim unfair dismissal (in the UK)
