Need to lose weight so that my future child doesn’t think that obesity is healthy and normal but also not lose too much so they know that it’s okay to have meat on your bones and not have them obsess over their weight

I feel like no matter how much I fight it, my depression is always hanging from my shoulders, leeching as much of my joy as it can. I have an amazing boyfriend that really tries to understand me and support me, but I’m so scared I’m dragging him down with me. My depression leeches me and I leech him
