Two heavy curvy deer sit on a couch next to each other, one a deermoth hybrid with the other being a simple deer, together nearly overflowing out of the couch. The deermoth leaning in close to the deer asks, "Hey, you hungry?" with a suggestive look on her face, while the deer licks his lips with a rather interested look.

The next image is of the deer laying across said couch having just eaten the deermoth, seeing them groan and gurgle inside the deer's gut as he exclaims, "Keep it down in there, I'll let youOUUURPH out soon."

The third image is of the deer now made a deermoth hybrid himself after having digesting their deermoth friend, having gotten a little taller and gained similar features from his friend, like extra arms and fluff around his neck, wrists and ankles. He's also considerably fatter, now taking up the entire couch with his ass alone. A box of text captioned "Must have forgotten to let me out, hm? Guess you're stuck with me~" implying the deermoth is still communicating with him.
