Most school tech fails. Not bc it's bad tech but bc schools skip the rollout process.

Follow those 4 steps: assess, set goals, test, then roll out slow.

Start small, work with willing teachers, and track student impact not device counts. #EduSky

Tried using tech in class and it backfired?

You’re not alone.

Teachers test links, prep devices, plan perfectly & things still break.

That's not failure. That's learning.

Start small. Use one tool well. Then grow.

Banning phones doesn’t fix phone addiction. Students still struggle when they go home. Instead, teach them to notice when tech helps & when it drains.

Start with one question:
“When did your phone help you yesterday? When did it hurt?”

That’s how digital wellness begins #AIEduSky #EduSky

Canada published its 1st national standard for accessible AI. It forces developers to build fairness into AI from day one. People with disabilities shaped the guidelines from start to finish. The goal: no more barriers baked into tech. AI should work for everyone or it doesn’t work at all. #AIEduSky

A teacher used AI in her Grade 10 classroom for 4 weeks.

Students were more focused.
Writing became collaborative.
Equity improved: everyone got support at their level.
Best part? They spent more time thinking, not less.

AI didn’t replace teaching. It made it human again. #AIEduSky

“Six-seven!” keeps echoing through your school?

Don’t shut it down.

Kids use trends like this to bond, cope, and claim space.

Join the joke, study the pattern, then guide the energy.

Let the fad build connection, not friction. #EduSky

AI fakes are hitting the courtroom.

And judges aren’t ready.

So a Canadian team is building a free tool to help spot AI-generated evidence.

No black boxes. No experts needed.

Trials need truth, not deepfakes. Will it be better than Turnitin? #AiEduSky #EduSky

A full K-12 and college education now costs $1.

AutumnEducation-AI launched a full AI-based curriculum covering everything: math, science, history, coding.

$1 gives lifetime access.

No ads. No upsells.

Is this the end of student debt? #AIEduSky #EduSky

Two-thirds of US voters now say a college degree isn’t worth the money.

Ten years ago, most believed it was.

Now Gen Z is picking trade schools and skipping four-year universities.

The question is: would you make the same choice today?

Because millions are. #EduSky

Teachers are using AI to boost learning.

In Pakistan 🇵🇰 92% say it helps adapt lessons for every student.

In Egypt 🇪🇬 90% use AI and social media to improve focus and outcomes.

The tech works but only when teachers lead it.

Are your students missing out? #AIEduSKy #EduSky

Canadian schools are rethinking homework.

One Winnipeg division now treats it as optional.

They say AI tools changed how students learn at home.

Parents feel confused. Some feel relieved.

Is this the start of a new school model? #EduSky #AIEduSky

1 in 5 US high schoolers has dated an AI or knows someone who has.

Not used it for homework. Not for chat assistance.

As a partner.

Teens are bonding with bots before people.

Are you ready to talk to yours about it? #AIEduSky #EduSKy

Schools shouldn’t ban AI.

They should teach students how to use it, and how it shapes the world.

The risks are real: bias, misinformation, even emotional dependence.

But ignoring AI leaves students unprepared.

Better to guide them than leave them guessing. #AIEduSky #EduSky

31 US states limit student cellphone use in schools.

Last year, only a few had rules on this.

Teachers say students now pay more attention in class.

Some schools use phone lockers or digital licenses to manage access.

Are bans the answer or a missed chance to teach self-control?

Most US schools focus on what they say to fix absenteeism.

But when they say it matters more.

Texts sent at 8 a.m. or between 2-4 p.m. got a 73% response rate.

And parents replied in under 11 minutes.

Start early, be specific, offer help. It works. #EduSky #AIEduSky

$45.5m is going to classrooms in Kenya & Nigeria to help 350,000 students learn better through tech and teacher training. Partners on the ground are already getting started. This is how real education reform happens not just in policy papers. What would you change 1s in your local schools? #AiEduSky

England is now using AI to set attendance targets for every school. The goal: push student attendance above pre-pandemic levels. Unions say this piles pressure on Heads instead of solving real problems. Will AI fix chronic absence or distract from it? Who's deciding what counts as success? #AIEduSky

Surrey Schools approved 3 AI tools for students.

Teachers now use MagicSchool, SchoolAI, and TeachAid to build custom lessons, track progress, & create curriculum.

All tools must meet data safety & learning standards.

The district wants students thinking with AI, not replacing their thinking.

The finale of the great TV comedy show Blackadder goes Forth.
Back then I didn't expect one of the funniest programmes ever to end with a scene that makes me cry every time I see it.
Every single time.

Iceland is putting AI in every classroom.

Teachers across the country will use Claude to plan lessons, adjust materials, and help students learn faster.

No consultants. No buzzwords.

Just real teachers saving real time.

What happens when every country does this? #AIEduSky #EduSky

Europe's online education market is exploding 🇪🇺

In 2024, it hit $94B. By 2033, it’ll reach $230B.

Smartphones, AI, and government support are making learning faster, cheaper, and borderless.

The future of school in Europe? It can be online #EduSky #AIEduSky

Most US schools are banning phones. Early data shows it's working:

• Test scores and attendance improved.
• Class distractions dropped.
• Cyberbullying fell.

But suspensions spiked mostly for Black students.

Want better focus? Lock up the phones. But track the impact. #EduSky

Extra time on tests is the most common accommodation for students with ADHD. It’s also one of the least effective. I used to think accommodations always helped, as long as they were generous.

Support should match the need not the pressure to provide something. UDL anyone? #EduSky

AI is already in your kid’s classroom.

Teachers use it with no clear rules.

A major data breach exposed millions of student records in 2024.

Still, there are no CND national protections in place.

Governments must act before it's too late. #AIEduSky #EduSky

60% of K-12 US teachers use AI for lesson planning.

It saves time.

But most AI-generated plans rely on facts and memorization.

They miss student voices and skip real-world thinking.

Fast doesn’t always mean better. #AIEduSky #EduSky
