Whoever is in charge of quality
control at the company needs to take a good look because weighing down charcoal with rocks and bricks is fraud.

Undocumented residents of the US don’t receive Medicaid until and unless they have a medical emergency. Hospitals that treat these are reimbursed via Medicaid.

Apparently, good christians in the GOP like Speaker Johnson believe that they should simply be allowed to die on hospital doorsteps.
