Absolutely. For so long, average folks have been pitted against each other, by race, faith, gender, etc., to distract from our fleecing. It's hard to admit you've been played. I think folks are starting to wake up to it. But I'm an optimist, so...

Many factors. Ignorance (willful & not - history text books are woefully white washed) & a lack of civic knowledge, propagandized media, gaslighting by religious traditions, racism, not wanting to be uncomfortable, & a savior complex that someone else is going to come along & fix all this.

Yes, the country is a damned mess. But the Phillies won last night. Anf today, the Flyers play their opening game, the Eagles play, and the Phillies try to win one more to bring the series back home. What a day to be a Philadelphia sports fan! I'm finding joy wherever I can. ✨️ You should, too.

I understand everyone's doubt. But the beauty of this is that it sews doubt among the Republicans in Congress. They are now left wondering who among them is planning to fold, who's texting w/ him & spilling, should they get out ahead of the blowback? It's brilliant, imo.
