Today I saw a man in Oakland looking deathly sick, coughing like crazy, with red eyes, and between violent coughs warbly ordering a chicken and rice lunch. Good times. COVID is up in the Bay.

Oakland's transportation department installed hard bollards inside the 82nd Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard intersection a few months ago, and businesses in the area report that they have reduced the frequency of sideshows.
