It really can't be said enough: the goal of the "anti-woke" movement was always to destroy social norms against bigotry. And it worked. And there's a whole lot of purportedly "left" thinkers & commentators who helped it -- indeed, it couldn't have been done without them.

While its good we have some people aware of it, What Smash JT failed is to drop the whole "War on Woke" Act and be willing to reveal who is behind the Black BEARD Act.

Its from Tom Tillis who is an (R) and JT loves the (R)

Smash JT is one of the YouTube cases where audiences should look into him more and be willing to criticize his political stances.

JT is notorious for his videos where he wages war on the "Woke" which ironically lead to today's (2025) Political Climate. follow the money, look into who wrote Block BEARD Act, The Kids Online Safety Act, The Interstate Obscenity Definition Act and those formented laws.

They are written by people who want to control what you say, what you watch and what you believe in, and they will come after YOUR Kids' privacy.

The thing that really gets me about stuff like the Interstate Obscenity Definition Act is that it necessarily contradicts itself. All art is inherently political and necessarily expressive; claiming that art is "insufficiently" so is just nonsense? If it isn't meaningful, why try to make it illegal?

I think its time we ask Parents with hard jobs and busy taking care of "muh kids" serious questions and think about how their kids are going to grow up.

You'll end up with a kid, being okay with censorship offline and online and growing up oversensitive thanks to legislation like this being passed.

KIDS ONLINE SAFETY ACT
Pushes "duty of care" onto Big Tech and social media sites to remove content "harmful to children." It would lead to overcompliance, mass censorship, and remove crucial information outlets to mental health, LGBT+ topics, eating disorders, and substance abuse.
PRIORITY: HIGH

STOP CSAM ACT OF 2025
Undermines services offering end-to-end encryption and force internet companies to take down lawful user content. It is a threat to free speech due to essentially creating a new exception to Section 230. This is a censorship bill masquerading as legislation to help protect children.
PRIORITY: HIGH

INTERSTATE OBSCENITY
This would change the definition of Obsenity to include anything that
"depicts, describes, or represents, an actual or simulated sexual act" and
"lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value." This would lead to a potential blanket ban on anything pornographic and could very much lead to arrests for at least 50% of the country.
PRIORITY: MODERATE

SCREEN ACT
It would push websites to impliment methods to verify the age of users to ensure they are not a minor. This can lead to similar mass censorship, surveillance, and invasions of privacy akin to the Online Safety Act in the UK, and are proven to be a failure of a safety system. See Roblox or the multitude of porn sites who impliment them.
PRIORITY: MODERATE

FADPA
Establishes a process between copyright holders and liscences to go to court and have websites or internet services blocked for engaging in copyright infringement. This is essentially an "internet kill switch" with no checks, and can lead to broader censorship of internet freedom.
PRIORITY: MODERATE

Block BEARD ACT [draft bill]
This would impliment a legal process similar to the MCA which would force ISPs, search engines, and other mechanisms to block entire foreign websites. This can lead to broader internet censorship/suppression, have sites blocked for political dissent or contraversal speech, and lacks any form of public transparency on why sites would be cut off.
PRIORITY: LOW
