I was so excited that the weather cooled off so I could get out and walk. I went about a block and started sweating like I'd run a mile through hellfire, and my ankles felt like they got caught in bear traps. Im still keeping at it, but omg it sucks.

Seriously contemplating switching to a digital grimoire and book of shadows because, as much as I like physical writing, my fingers and wrists hurt like hell after a good writing session.

I highly recommend it! I use Land o Lakes white (or arctic white) chocolate cocoa powder with Torani lavender syrup. Fill one standard sized mug with boiling hot water and mix in the cocoa, then add pumps of syrup to taste (I usually use 3, but I like it sweet).

IT'S HOT CHOCOLATE WEATHER!!! I'm especially excited because I get to make my favorite: White chocolate hot cocoa with lavender syrup. It's a hug in a cup!
