Rain lashing outside all day so spent it on the sofa watching Del Toro's Pinocchio and now Spirited Away. Guess I needed some of those sad yet beautiful and magical vibes to take my mind off everything else.

Finished #TheFallOfTheHouseOfUsher and loved it to death (heh). Slightly uneven in patches, but when it hits it hits HARD. Going to take me a few days to process all my thoughts but it really got under my skin by the end. Grand, gothic, grotesque in all the right ways.

So, is there actually a difference between here and the Dead Bird? Is this better than Threads? I kinda wanted to give that a go but it's lack of functionality is seriously hurting it. And what do I do about Mastadon?! I used to use one app all the time, now there are too many choices!
