Having attended CLP meetings together I’d go as far as to say generational talent, no one does it like her
I’m assuming you’ve heard about what I thought this clip was at first when Johann Lamont said Scottish people weren’t programmed to make decisions

Leftwingers who do not accept that you have to pay for socialist policies in some way are fundamentally unserious people
"leftwing" people who hate taxes should be punted deep underground, you are a waste of space without a single iota of exaggeration
If you don’t like orange and union jacks together you should avoid Northern Ireland/the west coast of Scotland in the second week of July
They can’t explain any real issues mandatory ID cards will fix
At the weekly meeting of the Cabinet, Starmer and his right hand man Darren Jones argued the controversial policy is the answer to public frustration at what they perceive to be a dysfunctional state

I think I’ve finally found it in the settings, you’d assume it’s under Mail or calendar but nope, neither! It’s under Siri settings
Why does Siri think I want to add my train tickets to my calendar? Between this and the broken autocorrect I’m not convinced iOS26 is there best update

Is "it drives me mad seeing adverts full of black people, full of Asian people" "racist or realist" asks Robert Peston?
Is the Reform MP who says she’s driven mad by TV adverts full of Black & Asian people a racist or realist? How many migrants would the Tories expel? & should the UK be selling fighter jets to Türkiye?

Are you sure they’re not ravens?
Isn’t the human torch supposed to be the sex symbol, and his brother is the nerd, I thought
Your neighbour definitely has their fantastic four members confused
A “household” is family members so children/parents/siblings/partners, there is a legal definition but it’s basically written to explicitly exclude friends
Scottish Labour had won in 2020, turnout was 50% and Welsh Labour in 2018, turn out was just under 40%

The line should be “Brianna was murdered for being trans” but instead she’s on a crusade against digital content and not even transphobic content at that
The thing with Esther Ghey is that she is more listened to by the establishment than Any trans person
What are you taking about? Calling Scotland/Wales regions is something no one here would ever say, if you think it’s “UK-brained” then you don’t understand their politics (likely) or you don’t think their views matter. Feel free to correct me or stop talking about things you clearly don’t understand
Yeah, French has had them for ages (only part of the French course I use), that’s just them rolling out the feature for more languages
The podcasts have been there for years
So am I not in the UK?
Calling Plaid and the SNP “regionalist” is such a London brained moment, no wonder independence constantly polls ~50%
Lessons
1. Labour’s core vote is smaller than I thought
2. Regionalism is strong (Plaid, SNP, Andy Burnham)
2/4
The by elections in Holyrood and the Senedd have proved reform have very little chance of winning constituencies in Scotland or Wales, they had their ideal constituency twice and fumbled twice!
Can someone remind me, is it good or bad when you lose a seat you’ve held for over a hundred years?
Caerphilly Senedd By-Election Result:

🌼 PLC: 47.4% (+19.0)
➡️ REF: 36.0% (+34.2)
🌹 LAB: 11.0% (-34.9)
🌳 CON: 2.0% (-15.3)
🌍 GRN: 1.5% (New)
🔶 LDM: 1.5% (-1.2)
🐉 GWL: 0.3% (New)
💷 UKIP: 0.2% (New)

Plaid Cymru GAIN from Labour.
Changes w/ 2021.
This was a very good book, the title just about sums it up
Romance languages are so funny, this could easily be read in at least three languages without issue but I don’t think there’s a single sentence in German an English speaker could read that easily
