they're called enceladeans, from the moon of saturn enceladus. they recently transitioned out of a monarchy that lasted for longer than their history has recorded, and only entered into the wider galactic world just a bit before then. they all live in an ocean under a moon-wide ice sheet.

like, i guess, is there any easy way to make the shadow colors match with the flat colors when manually doing it? or should i just be looser with accuracy to the flat colors and adjust my technique so it matters less?

i tried it some time ago, and i could tell it offered more flexibility and control. however, that control wasn't very valuable to me then, and mostly still isn't.

i do want to ask, how do you deal with manual color selection when you have a place where two colors meet on the same surface?
