Just so we're clear, I am not cool with how things have played out. We're starting 4 years (minimum) of the worst that the worst can do to us. I'm not overly vocal on things, but if you (straight, gay, trans, black, white, etc) are cool with me, I'm cool with you. Always have been, always will be.

We have a Silverado EV RST and a Blazer EV SS, they're awesome vehicles that we drive daily. It's beyond ridiculous that the Republicans have done this kind of damage to the EV market with their bs.

You do realize Cameron is at the head of an AI group and has said he thinks FX studios make "too much money". You want to make a difference, tell studios that abusive projects like the Avatar series can fuck right off.

Somewhat related, 3d printed face masks are highly discouraged. We tested them on an airsoft field I used to staff at & immediately banned them. Any impact at best will just punch through, at worst won't punch through but cause a bunch of plastic shards to hit you in the face from the print failing.

I think the owners would have to actively kill this place for it to go under. It's clear from the recent drama that they're a bit clueless to the fact that most of their userbase is folks that left Twitter and Threads, but there's a decent self-policing going on here as far as I've noticed.

Absolutely mind-blowing that this is a watercolor painting. Every time I see an artist on here that uses that medium, I'm reminded of a friend from college who was incredibly skilled with it, and I'm still just as amazed at the control and patience it takes to make something this stunning.
