Have a Silverado EV RST, made it my commute car in place of my C8, absolutely love driving it. Picked up a Blazer EV SS for my mother and she's super happy with it.

Yeah, they've got the new year's stream on the 29th and then will likely have some new year's content / event to go with it.

I've just been doing the event stuffs since the last update, been a bit stressed out to get into the right mindset for the main story. Granted, the whole Nora storyline had me in tears a few times over.

Yeah, but we let them off easy every time. During COVID they were allowed to ignore safety rules and keep the plant open, now they've been told they can't sell cars due to FSD lies, but they can keep selling cars anyway.

The waymo thing feels like it's being blown way out of proportion. The vehicles required a data connection to drive autonomously - so does my Silverado. It makes sense that a driverless vehicle would flat out stop when that connection is severed, hell, I'd rather it do that than just keep driving.

It was so cool to finally check this type of prop/cosplay work of my "I've done that" list with my Rocketeer helmet. Thanks again Bill for being such an awesome inspiration and teacher for everyone!

If you went from a truck to a car body, you'd have to change out suspension, frame design, and possibly even gearing, cause a car wouldn't need the torque levels of a truck, and you sure wouldn't want a family sedan riding like an SUV. The skateboard idea is cool, but would need several iterations.
