Always found it a li'l disappointing that out of Bright Eyes' two sister albums of 2005, it's the I'm Wide Awake tour that got the official live album. It's fine.

Meanwhile the Digital Ash live performances were phenomenal. Glad we have some full recordings.

Going to start a thread of old commission art that I'll post in every now and then. Like most furs I've got so many folders full of art that gets its day in the sun upon completion & then only gets brought up randomly as time goes on. I fancy resurfacing this stuff, so this is how I'll go about it.

New music review up, as I return to the PMMP discography run again for a little bit. The Finnish rock act's third album is dark & often manic, marking both their domestic imperial phase & their stylistic self-discovery. 2006's Leskiäidin tyttäret.

Playing Blood Omen 1 for the first time (as part of a LoK series replay) and it frustrates and enchants me in equal measures. Keep wanting to stop and skip it, but then some of that LoK magic appears and I get invested enough to keep me going till the next bit that deflates the fun.
