I've had the joy to do quite a few commissions for @flipymod.bsky.social over the last months (years??) and this is one of them! These are Flipy's own characters, and boy is there a lot of story planned (and already written) about them. Much in store for those poor guys, I tell you.
started writing a book because I wanted to create something, I started to love writing these characters, their stories, adventures, struggles, encounters.
The world of Crossing is so dear to me, because Its what I always wanted in books, Alena brings the characters to life.

I have this race in my Henry Burgth book where there are these creates made from soapstone. They carve themselves in whatever shape they want as long as they have enough material (which is harvested from giant crabs that act like pissed off crabs)
