It's like on one hand I'm happy to see artist alley evolve and grow to have a lot of cool stuff and everyone going all in, on the other hand I'm salty at how absurdly expensive tables are now lmao

I would say that i am mildly successful as a part time aa artist, otherwise I would not do it. Even so, there is a reason why I keep the day job and thats the health insurance and financial benefits. Nothing is more reassuring than a stable income.
Don’t know who needs to hear this but stop quitting your job to do artist alley and conventions, there are no benefits or health insurance and it is so unpredictable and the competition is worse than trying to get into Harvard lol
