Fellow law-people, do you think this is a good way to help my students understand how to structure IRAC/CRAC?

2. Big picture version of rules, primarily to signpost memo structure
3. No ‘overall’ analysis paragraph, but instead breaks down into sections for:

i. Conclusion and/or issue paragraph(s)
ii. Rule paragraph(s)
iii. Analysis paragraph(s), which can be broken into subsections with their own C/IRAC if needed
iv. Conclusion paragraph(s)

Begging scholars who want to be allies of trans communities to stop publishing in Archives of Sexual Behaviour. It’s been more harmful to trans communities than the fucking Linacre Quarterly.

I’m sure the court wasn’t biased either. I mean, calling trans women “they” doesn’t have a long history as a form of degendering, right?
It looks like that BBC page has been updated in the last few minutes, so that's no longer the last sentence. I think part of it has been moved to this paragraph in the middle of the article, and the age is no longer mentioned:

The open secret that Thomas King is not Indigenous at all is finally verified, and honestly it's a relief. Having him just confess this instead of going out kicking and screaming like so many before him causes a LOT less harm to Indigenous communities.

Hot take—contrary to popular belief, I am tempted to believe that children are actually worse than adults at learning languages. It’s just that they dedicate a lot more time to it and we’re a lot less forgiving of ourselves when we can’t speak languages to adult standards.
