There's no doubt in my mind that Farage purposely chose a deprived constituency to stand in because he knew that providing an easy scapegoat for their plight - immigrants, for example - would cut through.
If only they had an MP who gives a fuck.

Fed up with poppy time already. Used to buy one every year until it started getting rammed down everyone's throat. Haven't done since and won't. It's my choice to buy one or not and I won't be shamed into it by anyone.

That first Dyche press conference was night-and-day from anything we saw under Postecoglou. He seems to really grasp the fantastic opportunity he has with #NFFC. I really, really hope he can make it work as I've no doubt the fans will love him if he can.

This already feels like a more positive appointment than Ange. I get the wish to move to more progressive football but it was too big a change too quickly. Hopefully the squad Dyche has got at his disposal now will allow him to flourish and get us up that table. Best of luck! #NFFC

So Gary Neville is apparently a traitor despite employing 600 Mancunians, paying all his taxes and opening his hotel to front line workers during COVID lockdowns.
Sounds like much more of a patriot than those who criticising him who just spend their time talking the UK down.

#MAFSUK really is stupid. The 'experts' are absolutely useless and most of the activities seem expressly designed to throw a spanner in the works in relationships which *are* working well.
