IIRC, Hayward has one. They could work out a deal. Livermore offered theirs to Pleasanton. Either way, TDA Article 3 funds can be used for a mini street sweeper.
Another is Level of Traffic Stress (LTS). That 1 - 4 rating should be replaced by something more meaningful and with more differentiation.
Related: Level of Service (LOS) seems inversely related to LTS.
One of my complaints is when bollard-protected bike lanes end 100 yards before an intersection with multiple turn lanes. It's not protected unless it protects you all the way.

@coffeeneuring
Third ride of the coffeeneuring challenge happened on Halloween, which was also the eighth year of what we now call Superhero-neuring. I'm the outlier in the back but they call me super-cow so I fit in. #koffeetime loves us and brought out free […]

I ask my city traffic engrs to quantify the existing situation, estimate what it'll be after the change, then measure it to see if it worked. <blank stares> That's what good engineers do; that's how things improve. Keep quantifying things, Robert!
Every time I see "probably two weeks" I assume the insider traders do their thing, give him a wink, and then he changes his tune. #TACO
Probably stacked up in a bathroom somewhere?
Thank you for this! I have these "bike lane" projects here. Protection exists for some of the street, but disappears approaching the intersection. It serves as traffic calming in the high-speed sections and is unnecessary near intersections. Makes sense!
I tried to argue a TDA Article 3 application issue with MTC. The City of Pleasanton's application included false statements ("project is in the Master Plan" but it wasn't). MTC sided with traffic engr's bs instead of their own rules. Seems like collusion.

Love Robert’s summary of the decisions made on the Richmond San Rafael walk/bike path (click the arrows in the blog for more details):
But, sure, let NCAA players bet on pro games.
Don't forget the fine print, "if you have a gambling problem, call 1-800- ..."
None of this accounts for the unregulated crypto money that poured in.
My understanding is that Home Depot uses Flock automatic license plate readers #APLR and Flock is known to share data freely with ICE.
@404media.co writes about this.
If you drive to Home Depot, you could be tracked wherever you go if cities also connect their Flock cameras to the national network.

Any news about this guy's salary?
Smith had 5 fouls. Let her play!
Hey, good luck with your bike race at Huntsman! (I'm in the 60-64 group.)
Landing space doesn't matter unless one foot lands in the defender's? Like Loyd's head crashing into Kah's ...not in the cylinder? #WNBA
Mine has gotten stuck for two days. If I click on #WNBA and select "latest", it works. But the feed doesn't.

I joined my local Indivisible group. Immediately, I saw that everything they do is on google (docs, groups, etc.). And Google is going to roll over as soon as they're asked ... probably already.
Oh, I think Man Bun, Tyler, and Girl Dad could say whatever they wanted without repercussion.
