For the #JapaneseGP, #Williams introduced a new FW. The modified areas are:

↪️Endplate

The chord of the last flap has been increased in size, which will enhance local downforce production. 1/2

Due to the very long 1.2 km straight, aerodynamic efficiency and DRS performance are crucial aspects.

We might see setups similar to that of the #RedBull RB20, which utilizes the movable flap with higher downforce, resulting in greater DRS efficiency.

The weather conditions do not seem adverse and do not present surprises as the last GP.

The maximum temperature is almost similar in 3 days and the wind does not exceed 20 km/h

Looking at the sidepods, key differences emerge compared to last season:

Inlet Design: McLaren follows the "P" philosophy while maintaining its own design identity. Ferrari’s inlet remains largely unchanged, though the overbite shows similarities to its rival.
