It’s important to remember there are two scandals here:
1. The Administration has likely committed war crimes.

Hepatitis B is a serious liver infection that can be transmitted during childbirth and have long-lasting effects. The vaccine has been shown to be effective in preventing the disease. The CDC's guidance has been in place since 1991, and hepatitis B cases in children have dropped.
