After six weeks away from lifting (three of which were due to vacation and travel, the others mostly the lead-in and recovery after, plus work stuff) today was day two of back in the gym. I've definitely lost some weight, and some of it was definitely muscle.
But hey! Back in the saddle! Giddyup!
