I’ve had a copyright notice for using the 13th Doctor’s title music on the podcast. This isn’t the first time. So sadly, from tomorrow, the podcast will revert back to its original theme. I’m going to have to go back and re-edit past episodes to change this too. Just to be on the safe side. 😔

Half Marathon Training: Run 7: A lovely run at sunset. The nights are definitely getting darker now so it was time to dig out the yellow top again. On Sunday I’m aiming for a longer run, although I need to try and balance my running and swimming a little better.

I’ve been rewatching Lost and I really miss long, 24 episode seasons of shows. Yes, I know we’re in the age of streaming where series are shorter and more concentrated, but there’s something warm and comforting about getting to know characters over weeks and months.
