On the outside looking in, I have a question. When anyone writes about the possibility of a Trump 3rd term it’s “but it’s unconstitutional”. Is the implication everything he’s done so far IS constitutional?

This is something that I use to explore with my female clients who had experienced FDV. Without anger women couldn’t own property, vote, etc. anger is a great motivator and not inherently “bad”.

I guess we are recognising a geographic location since the govt waited long enough for the population to be decimated. Still disgusted.

This is pretty damning. Praise from Trump - just how much has Albanese compromised himself for approval?

Having a boomer bitch after reading again about the pressure on hospitals by +65yo. This is a lack of planning and not the fault of +65yo. We didn’t just turn up. We’ve been here working, paying taxes and contributing all along.

Once again my hrt supply chain has dried up. So once again the mental health roller coaster is starting up. What is the problem? I can’t help but think if it was viagra there’d be no problem.

I just wish this kind of news got more prominence. Cross discipline cooperation to utilise science with optimistic projections - could balance some of the doom we are fed.

I seldom agree with the Libs but I also think this is suspicious. I want all meat labelled as I do not want to purchase US beef. Not convinced about their measures.

I just want to point out that alcohol is a disinhibitor. The attitude driving the behaviour existed without the alcohol. The alcohol allowed the physical expression of the attitude by lowering inhibition. Yes, get some AOD help but also work on those attitudes.

What is happening in US now is a reversion to the isolationist attitudes that saw them stand aside during the start of WW2. An ambivalence that Churchill noted “America can be relied on to do the right thing, after they have exhausted all other avenues.” They are no allies. They are opportunists.

Aus is following US. Politicians operating opportunistically for personal gain and to ensure votes. No foundation in common values, no commitment to ethics, transparency, or accountability. Both undermining education to stop critical thought or reflection. I’m gravitating toward anarchy.

Winston Churchill’s quote “you can rely on Americans to do the right thing, when they’ve exhausted all other avenues” must be. Reverberating through UK & Europe .

This just demonstrates the lack of political will to do the hard stuff - diversion, prevention etc. as recommended by various committees. This is pointless and a distortion of the legal process.
