Congressman Jim Himes saw the unredacted video of Secretary Hegseth's boat strikes.
 
He said it was one of the most troubling things he has seen during his time in public service.
 
We cannot chalk this up to the "fog of war." There must be a FULL Congressional investigation into these strikes.
