Every O5 goes to a staff college and is like, "my favorite grand strategy book is 'Oceans Are Now Battlefields' by Cpt Limey Genocidaire, Esq,'" until a few months later when they change their mind & say, "tactics are key based on my reading of 'Tanks! Tanks All About!' by Count von Kriegscriminal."
