Elon is not actually leaving DOGE.
They have to SAY he's leaving to keep the courts from ruling that his leading DOGE violates the Appointments Clause requiring Senate confirmation.
They tried to claim he wasn't head, but multiple videos of Trump saying he was showed the courts that was a lie.
