- in patch 5.x people started animation canceling chum
→ in 6.0 chum's animation was sped up significantly

- in 6.0 people started a-canceling escape/quit
→ in 7.0 rest was added to make escape/quit cancels unnecessary

- in 7.0 people started a-canceling rest
→ in 7.3 rest is now animation locked

I decided to go back and paint Halone the Furby. The original sketch was from a while ago. @pikachu15eevee.bsky.social is also responsible for this one.

Halone, the Goddess of War from FFXIV, as a gigantic long furby, the most godlike type of furby. Estinien (much smaller) is standing in front of her.

The assumption is that this is because the clan’s main strength is taught rather than innate. It is however notable (via Wachumeqimeqi quests) that the Doppro were the first capable of flying above the canopy to experience the sunlight that is so sacred to the Mamool Ja.

If you’ve done all the Mamook sidequests (everyone has, right?!), you’d know that Doppro are never considered for blessed siblings, nor are they ever among the great warriors enshrined as ancestral guardians throughout the city. Hoping society quests capitalize on the potential there.
