someone asked why I like using illustrator rather than just drawing something out by hand.
After using it for like a bazillion years I am still finding fun ways to make things I could never think of. I went from a straight line to this buckwild tribal~ish ornamentation just from moving sliders.

the only good thing about genAI is that it got me to really love seeing bad art, because I know a person put in time and effort, made themselves vulnerable by showing it to others, and is trying to improve. I value that more than anything now
