God if the outcome of all this is a discovery that a specific type of black mold makes you a weird bigot I'm gonna have a hearty chuckle then fill my pockets with stones and walk into a lake. We are now living in the mold age. The mildew years. The roaring fungis.

Suuuure it's the "molds" fault. Whats next, a very specific strain of mold that turns children's book authors into raging terfs?

The *second* I saw him on screen! I couldn’t believe it.

Astonished any time “English actor Robert Russell“ is on screen in Witchfinder General (1968) because that’s very clearly Kenny Omega what are you even talking about.

No alt text, so: this is an announcement for Swamp Thing 1989 #1-4 by Rick Veitch, Michael Zulli, Vince Locke, Tom Mandrake, & Trish Mulvihill, under DC's Black Label imprint

They're finally printing the canceled story arc in which Swamp Thing goes back in time and meets Jesus

It’s definitely lighter than other stuff in that universe. But it’s still…in that universe.

Landline at work has been down all day, but I’m saying what if we just keep it down all the time?

The craziest part is that Frank had already lost one brother (Grady’s father) to a car accident when Neil did this! Wild.

I now have a neon, '90s, ninja Scarlett t-shirt, that I designed after restoring the card back art. You can wear one too, or wear any of the other ridiculous '90s GI Joe shirts that I would've loved as a kid.

If I’m defining horror very broadly, the three movies I saw in film school that most effed me up were Man Bites Dog (1992), Naked (1993), and Gozu (2003). The first two for their nihilism and the third for body horror.

It was so funny seeing that other dwarves in the series don’t even look like that. He’s just his own little freak.

I love all of the characters, but Eisen is sorely underrepresented in Frieren merchandise. I think he’s great.

This is INCREDIBLE. The Bearded Vulture has multigenerational nests that last for hundreds of years, built in very secluded places — and they’re FULL OF ANTHROPOGENIC ARTIFACTS.

super cool study found human artifacts in Bearded vulture nests, incl. "weaponry like a crossbow bolt and wooden lance, decorated sheep leather, and parts of a slingshot....a shoe made from twigs and grass is ~675-years-old." link to paper: doi.org/10.1002/ecy..... www.popsci.com/environment/... 🧪🌍🦉

All of this is wretched, but the part that annihilated me was when he literally wrote “hat tip” 🤣🤣🤣🤣
