being gay rules, my girlfriend didn't make me pasta like she promised and felt so bad she promised to make it for an entire weekend and i said "haha yeah or i wont make you ANY of your favorite dinners until then!" and then woke up the next day feeling like a huge asshole and now shes laughing

on Saturday night i had an anxiety dream where i was given a ticket in my car for 'turning a corner too fast' and 'having low tire thread', and i cried because it totaled $500 and would ruin my finances/life. but it was just a dream!

does anyone else seem to struggle with other people misinterpreting what you say? ive been in therapy for this for like 3 years and keep getting told 'no, its them who is willfully not understanding what you say because they are narcissist' but that cant be the case for each time.
