the crazy mf of @jbc.lol hosted it on 1gb ram vps, but builds were done localy.
I recomend at minimum the 5€ month ARM vps from netcup that has 8gb ram.
"Contabo has similar pricing".

okay you are underselling the deploy to oracle cloud always free and cross support for "mastodon"
you need to hype this up to the poaster's strike people so they can talk to mastodon instances

You dont trust a random dude who speaks about himself in third person? That is ok. You can host it yourself in a super cheap server, but I would recomend you to try it first.

you can keep your custom domain as a handle, only needs disabling during the migration. Once the migration is done, your handle will be ended on .at.app.wafrn.net like mine. Join us

forward is super easy on how its made! The problem is that we never store the pages of previous pages.

I will have to look into it at some point, but pages will be a timestamp on the url probably

By the way, the irony of spending a lot of the time I spent bitching on Fedi about BlueSky's character limit, and now trying to adhere to that character limit with an ATProto/Bsky-enabled Wafrn account is *not* lost on me.
