I like that a lot of the Monsters in Symphony of the Night have unique death animations. Like some burn away, some lament, some evaporate into light.

It's a weirdly specific pet peeve of mine when an extremely biodiverse selection of creatures all spawn from the exact same goo, magic, or whatever.
