Got my two boxes of Ashwing Helamites built and painted as well. Fun little kit but the legs are annoying to put together as they're all separate with ball joints but need to be in certain spots for the bases to work.

Thanks. Tried a few out in a game this evening, and it went as well as expected.
Captain spent the whole game on fire, the Palanite sergeant missed and ran out of ammo on her first shot, but the subjugator sergeant hit the enemy leader with the fear cannon and it spent the whole game running away.

First batch of the new Enforcers Plastics done. Saving my second captain and the other boxes for when the weapons kit eventually comes out.

It's a fun kit, but the weapons options confuse me a bit rules wise.

The broken door is out of the ruined Zone mortalis set they released alongside all the secundus stuff last year.

Painted up the new FW #Necromunda Palanite Enforcers releases over yesterday and this morning. Looking forward to getting them onto the table. Especially the Haunts as they have very good rules.

I've decided I liked them after my first game, as I didn't have tokens for that one and realized I kinda needed them to keep track, for larger games. As the tests aren't done in the moment, but at the end of the phase. so it's nice the backs have the modifiers on them for reference.

While I deliberate on which of my HH armies to work on for HH3.0 first, I've decided to get my token sheet painted up.
A good amount of each, with the status tokens having numbers on the back for showing modifiers for yet to be rolled checks.

Finished my Cathay Sentinel for #Warhammer #TheOldWorld
Done it as a warpstone one, but reckon I can run it as Jade, Obsidian, or Granite without issue. Not the most pleasant kit I've ever built but it looks great once done. Not sure what I'm going to work on next.

Honestly, so much of the older FW range should/could be brought to plastic in future release waves.

But for some dumb reason they keep creating new stuff that fill the same theme/role as the old stuff but look worse.

Built and painted mine before Inferno actually had it's public release feb'17 (was at the HH weekender for it's presale)

Later took the arms and cloaks off them and put them onto warden bodies in 2020 to help separate them more from the 'regular' custodes.

They look gorgeous, but they're not the easiest to build, not easy to leave the riders off for painting due to the way the reins attach.

It's took a while but I've finally finished some of my Grand Cathay units. Done the two artillery units from the battalion first while I'm still settling on an overall scheme.
The kits are really good and have plenty of bits left over for future conversion ideas. #Warhammer

So looking forward to tomorrow, the first big (4.5k) game with the nemesis chapter, first time out for certain units like the Glaive.

I've always enjoyed big apoc scale games, there is just something about them that's really appealing.

Mine killed themselves over a dozen times during our campaign, and collectively OOA'd a single cawdor juve across the whole campaign.

Rules and artwork for theses were in the vaults of Temenos book that came out summer'23. Doubt they'll of changed the rules too much based on the last few books.

Angel's tears are crying real tears after what's been done to their equipment list. Definitely one of the worst effected.

Luckily the ten I've done had the grenade launchers, but I've got another 20 in box with the bits assembled to make units I can no longer field.

All it's done is piss away any and all remaining good will from the player base about the unwanted edition change and will be bleeding sales for no gain.
