The best thing I got out of my years running the Chutzpah Festival are enduring friendships with some very groovy folks in the Yiddish cultural scene. Last night’s Chinese food and drinks with my sister from another mister Sasha Lurie, Craig Judelman, and Faith Jones was just a total joy

Truly cannot wait to see the departure of these smarmy ABC Vancouver councilors & mayor next election. Through this whole budget process they have been so cynical and disrespectful to the public.

Got my scores from the weekend competition and one judge gave me a bunch of fives and ZERO for comedy and barely anything for costume reveals (there is a whole transformation moment, so…) and the others gave me sevens through nines and lots of comedy points so it just goes to show, um, something

I have been so fixated on this burlesque festival and then moving at the end of the week that it completely slipped my mind that I have to host a giant Xmas Eve dinner in one month

I went to a wonderful burlesque show tonight (My First Rodeo competition at the Alberta Burlesque Rodeo) and get back to my lovely home stay to find…..the news is circling the drain even more than usual

Guys! I got a response today, the due date, and the answer is….you can’t! If you’ve already clicked the “I agree with the terms” button it is now locked! All you can do is submit, download a copy, delete the submission, and re-enter in a new form. Absolute genius-level user design
Canadian arts admins/grant writers - can anyone help with the new CCA portal? I have a grant nearly finished but want to review and edit before submitting and I cannot figure out how to open the application again to edit it. Everything is marked "completed" and all I can do is submit. HELP!
