Our school principal sends monthly reminders to everyone that they should not be pulling u-turns or 3-point turns on the street after dropping off their kids but to please go around the block because it’s so dangerous and disruptive.

90% of them still flip a U, saves them maybe 1 minute.

I maintain that they know our operation cadence. Davis was virtually through the line as the ball was snapped. Don’t care what kind of a blocker you are, if the D-lineman has already launched you’re gonna lose.

Heard D’marco Farr asked Havenstein if his ankle was holding him out, and Hav said “no, it was age”. Sounds like several decisions were made because of a short week and possibly because they faced such a depleted roster.

I think our front and safeties have been hiding our corners most games, but last night it took awhile for those strengths to lock in which is typical against Shanahan and co regardless of who is suited up.

Yes they left a ton of meat on the bone. I’m just more surprised that we came out mushy on defense, abandoned the run on the second drive in the 4th quarter. I seem to be in the minority but getting stopped on 4th and 1 was almost predictable with everything that led up to it.

Trying to draw them offsides seemed absolutely the right move given their timeouts, field position and clock. Now maybe you reconsider it after the Niners call their own timeout and discuss it.

Even still, I think that’s just a tough loss and hindsight talking. Niners made a gritty stop where they hadn’t done much stopping all game.

Yeah they spotted the Niners 14 and just didn’t look like they were ready at the start. I hate division games on Thursday nights.

Even just go down short and it’s pretty much in the bag. But we aren’t even in it without Kyren, although that drop earlier in the game was huge too.
